How it works

Four steps, and the first one is easy

You don't need print-ready artwork or a finished idea to get started. Most people come to us with a photo on their phone.

  1. Tell us the idea

    Send a message with what you want engraved and what it's going on. A rough sketch, a screenshot or a phone photo is plenty to start from.

  2. We sort the artwork

    Got a logo or a file? Send it over. Don't have one, or it's a low-resolution image off a business card? We'll redraw it so it engraves cleanly.

  3. Approve the proof

    You see exactly how it will sit on the piece — placement, size and finish — before the laser touches anything. Nothing runs until you say so.

  4. Pick up or ship

    Collect it locally in Warsaw, or we'll pack it and send it anywhere in the country.

The item
What it is and what it's made of. If you're supplying your own piece, tell us about any coating, plating or finish — it changes how the material takes a mark. Don't have the item yet? We can source it, or you can pick from the catalogues below.
The artwork
Vector files engrave best — .svg, .ai, .eps, .pdf. A high-resolution .png or .jpg usually works too. Anything blurry, screenshotted, or pulled off a website we'll likely redraw.
The wording
Exact spelling of names, dates and any inscription — typed out, not in a photo. This is the single most common source of delay, and the one mistake engraving can't undo.
How many
A rough count is fine. Bulk pricing usually starts around a dozen, and repeat runs cost less once the file is already set up.
Your deadline
If it's for a banquet, a wedding or a retirement, say so up front. Most jobs go out within a few days of proof approval, but we'd rather confirm than have you assume.
